DELIVERY AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Prices include VAT. Our offers are subject to change and non-binding.
When picking up at our winery we guarantee:
– a bottle discount of €0.50 per bottle on the gross price
– from 350,00 € value of goods an additional discount of 5%
With the publication of new price lists, previous ones lose their validity.
Delivery
Upon delivery:
For orders over €350.00 we offer a 5% discount.
Please understand that we only deliver first orders against advance payment / PayPal.
Delivery Germany:
By UPS/DPD parcel service: Up to 84 bottles (private customers), up to 72 bottles (B2B).
Delivery via DPD is carried out (depending on the order quantity) in boxes of 3, 6, 12, 15 and/or 18
You will be notified by email when DPD ships your order and can influence the delivery if necessary.
Shipping costs:
– Packs of 3, 6, 12 and 18 plus €7.90 (per package)
– free delivery for orders over 120 EUR
By freight forwarder: From 84 bottles (private customers), from 72 bottles (B2B)
Deliveries by freight forwarder are made in six-pack wine boxes. For private customers, we ship on disposable cardboard pallets after prior notification. For B2B customers, we ship on Euro exchange pallets.

Transport damage must be reported to the deliverer.

Child protection
In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, we do not sell wine to persons under the age of 16. Spirits are not sold to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that they are of the required age according to the Youth Protection Act.
payment
We offer the following payment options:
- First-time customers via PayPal or prepayment
- Existing customers also have the option of purchasing via SEPA direct debit or on account.
empties
We do not accept returnable bottles. Please take your empty bottles to the nearest glass recycling center. By recycling glass, "turning old into new," you are also making an active contribution to environmental protection. We chose this option because, according to recent studies, the return transport of empty bottles and the energy- and chemical-intensive bottle rinsing process result in a poorer environmental impact.
payment
Invoice amounts are due immediately, without any deductions. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment.
The place of performance for delivery and payment for both parties is Rohrbach/Südliche Weinstraße, the place of jurisdiction is Landau/Pfalz.
