Description
A wine for every occasion.
Thanks to its long fine yeast aging, our Pinot Blanc is full-bodied with mild acidity on the palate and a long finish.
Light yellow in color, delicate bouquet with subtle aromas of quince, pear, and apricot.
Our DRY WHITE BURGUNDY from loess-clay soil is served at the Cité du Vin
We are delighted that our wine is served at the world's largest wine museum, the Cité du Vin in Bordeaux.
The museum was voted number 7 in the world's best museums by National Geographic.
Wine description by Mr. Mathis (a philosophical wine connoisseur and customer):
“Clear, elegant, unpretentious. Confident but not complacent. No Riesling harshness, but also not the creamy texture sometimes found in Pinot Gris. Very well suited to poultry, veal, and freshwater fish. A wine for sensitive connoisseurs, Germanists, literary figures, and "humanities scholars" in the late hours. Would have been enthusiastically received in the salons of the 19th century."
