| Coupons offer you a discount on certain items or items from certain categories. The discount can be calculated as a percentage of the value of the goods or as a fixed amount. To redeem a coupon, you must be logged in to the shop. |
| Shopping with vouchers |
| As soon as you have a credit balance, you can use it to pay for your order. You will have the opportunity to redeem your credit balance during the ordering process. If the credit balance is less than the value of the goods, you will need to select your preferred payment method for the difference. If your credit balance exceeds the value of the goods, the remaining balance will of course be available for your next order. |
| Redeem vouchers |
| 1. Add your desired products to the shopping cart. 2. Then proceed to checkout. 3. There you will find the field "Add coupons." 4. Enter your personal coupon code and click on "Apply." 5. The discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount—you will immediately see the updated price. |
| Multiple vouchers/coupons |
| Please note that only one voucher or coupon code can be used per order. You can redeem additional vouchers or coupons with your next purchase. |
| Buy vouchers |
| If vouchers are offered in the shop, they can be purchased like normal items. Once you have purchased a voucher and it has been activated after successful payment, the amount will appear in your shopping cart. You can now send the desired amount by email via the "Send voucher" link. |

Please describe the problem as precisely as possible, including important details such as your customer number, the voucher code, any error messages displayed by the system, and the browser you are using. |
